00bFirst thing on login (after onboarding, if it's the user's first time). Action needed, active requests, and this-week metrics for both personas. Mobile + desktop, with first-time empty-state variant.
01Composer flow: procedure + tooth chart, patient context with PHI guardrail, match map + practice list. Tooth chart supports Universal and FDI numbering with live tooth-name readout.
02The other side of the loop: incoming list with countdown badges, referral detail, reply-with-times flow with quick-add presets and custom date/time slots. Plus a 3-pane desktop console (sidebar + inbox + detail).
03Dentist watches specialists reply with times in real time and selects the best slot. The signature moment — countdown timer, reply cards, slot pills, Confirm CTA. Mobile and desktop console.
04Post-confirmation. Confirmed slot, tap-to-dial phone, intake URL with copy, scannable QR code, share / print actions, and a follow-up timeline that tracks what happens after the patient leaves the chair.
